First time for a dinner visit and it sure won’t be my last. Great restaurant, great food and awesome friendly staff. Every dish ordered were delicious. Will try different dishes next time.

Conveniently located with plenty of parking in the vicinty of the restaurant. Nice and clean, new, modern looking restaurant. Friendly staff. Most of the food we ordered was good, especially the sesame balls, coriander + shrimp dumplings. The prawn rice rolls however, had an unusual taste & the prawn at the ends of the rice rolls were cold.. fancy looking desserts at the counter area. Overall a good dine in experience. We paid ~$85 for 3 people

This is a very popular yumcha place, we had to wait around 20 minutes for a table as they don't do reservations.
The food is good but on the more expensive side as far as yumcha goes. The highlight for me was the red rice wraps with crispy prawns inside. The steamed brown sugar cake was also done really well, very airy and not too sweet.
They don't push the food trolleys out but instead we ordered the food by scanning a QR code. The order goes to the kitchen and the waitresses bring the food out. They were pretty speedy with the food though, it was less than 5 minutes when most of our food came.
Some of the staff can be a bit rushed, but not rude, I can understand that because they were really busy.
The space on the table was a bit tight.
Overall a nice place for dimsum, would probably go during a quieter time.

Dinner service was good under new management but the portion is really small. On the menu they have standard size and large size but it should really be called small size and standard size. Their standard size is barely enough for just 1 person

Not bad for a local yumcha place. Service was not very good and everything is self service. Even when changing table, they ask me to bring everything across myself.
Price is up there with small starting from $9.50.
